Getting me into trouble - yet sometimes winning me awards. I've always been a storyteller and a writer. Never afraid to get in front of a crowd to share a story about a company, service or an outstanding leader.

After writing for my college newspaper, I worked in radio, TV news writing, then as the assignment editor. I learned to be a fast and accurate writer. Presented news reports every 30 minutes!

​

My job was to figure out what was "newsworthy," and then write the story or figure out which reporter would do the story, get the interviews and visuals set up, what would be on the air and when the story would be "on the air."

 

Working in radio and TV news, responding to emergencies in a big-city mayor's office and with two big utilities still helps me write and report quickly on new topics, get the correct facts and meet deadlines.

 

Years of writing about energy and new developments, artificial intelligence and custom breakthroughs now mean my writing in sustainable areas is my specialty.

Renewable energy, sustainability, resource conservation and innovative technology keep me motivated and learning about new energy-saving and carbon-capture developments.
